MML promotes news, events, and conferences of interest to its members. In addition, the MML publishes a magazine, pamphlets, and technical briefs to assist its member cities and their officials in performing their duties. There also links to other publications of interest to municipal officials.

Technical Assistance Grant Announcement for
Smokefree Air Community Education
The Mississippi State Department of Health Office of Tobacco Control, in collaboration with the Americans for Nonsmokers’ Rights Foundation, is providing technical assistance funds for local and county governments interested in educating their citizens on the benefits of smokefree air and the protections of comprehensive (smoke-, vapor-, and aerosol-free) air policies.
